I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always polite and informative. I brought my future sister in law for a pampering day to celebrate her 30th bday. Irina did her facial and was extremely helpful in explaining ways to upkeep her skin. I had Rachel who was just as informative and they both made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Jo is great! Their prices are a little on the high end but you get what you pay for. Jo takes her time, never rushes, makes sure she does her best work and I walk out as a happy customer. I've gone to places all over the area for pedicures and shellac and I've never been this satisfied. Everyone I've encountered at the Pia Winter Park location have been very friendly and I look forward to my next visit.
First time here for eyelash tinting and it was a great experience. I will definitely come back to try other services
