Feliz con la terapia LENS Neurofeedback mi hijo esta teniendo grandes resultados en su capacidad de memoria, atención y concentracion. Le ayuda tambien a estar de mejor humor y animo. Mas sociable y amable. A mi en lo personal la terapia me esta ayudando a estar mas tranquila, relajada. Muy contentos con los resultados y el trato tan personalizado y amable que nos da la Doctora Leticia Sosa.
Unfortunately, they are not professional when explaining prices and billing. They wanted to charge me $150 because "that was the insurance copayment" Which I was absolutely sure this was completely wrong. After checking with my insurance they advised to me (and them) the co-pay was just $10. It was a big red flag they had $150 copayment instead. Our twins have been working with Ms Leticia Sosa using neurofeedback and the improvement we've seen has been life changing. We've noticed positive changes in their behavior and communication. These changes have made a positive impact in our family. Thank you Ms Sosa for helping our family be able to reconnect and always supporting our children we are very thankful and highly recommend her to other families.
Very Disappointing this woman Ms Leticia Sosa just wasted my time and canceled my appointment TWICE !! And l am a First time Patient!!! I suffer from anxiety and depression and made me feel horrible, how can you cancel an appointment twice on a first-time Patient? That's very rude and Unprofessional and No ethic whatsoever.. l had to look for another therapist who accept Ambetter insurance, first She canceled because going out of town ?? Very nice staff, Dr.Pina was gentle and supportive for my mental health exam. I would recommend them!
