I wish I had found this gym years ago. The one on one attention to my body ergonomics and old injuries helped me out immediately. Zak's knowledge, interest and level of expertise made for a great work out without injury or undue soreness. He insures there is a lot of stretching in between stations. He fine tunes excercises for injuries and pushes me to just the right limits. Everything about this gym is excellent.

Phyzique fitness is an excellent gym located on Mangrove. It’s got all the machines and equipment you would need to give yourself a balanced, and intensive work-out. The environment is clean and friendly, when interacting with the owner or other members I always felt welcome and encouraged to put in my best effort! I am looking forward to returning for my future workouts!
