Had a hamstring tear from football and Will was very thorough with his diagnosis and talked me through severity of the injury very well. The rehab program he gave me had me back to full strength within no time. Toom away a lot of info I can use to prevent future injuries and strengthen myself. I will definitely be seeing will again if I have any injuries in the future.

Steve and the all the team continue do a great job looking after the players to support them not only in managing injury recovery but also the prehab and strength programs to help the athlete to develop and achieve their potential.

We’ve had such a great experience with Will Carter. He has been amazing with my child (12)—patient, kind, and he knows how to make each session fun while still getting great results. It’s been awesome watching my child make progress and grow more confident each week. Will be using his service again when needed!
