It all started with a book written by Shannon "...then just stay fat!" and I thought it was provocateur enough to get and read it. I got it off Amazon however sometimes you can get it for free through your Kindle device. After I read it, everything was so simple that it just made sense. My husband has been a member of the Physix "family" for over 2 years and he's lost 100 pounds over those 2 years. There are no fancy pills or expensive surgeries, just lots of hard work, education and caring which made the weight loss possible. Physix trainers have taught him how to read food labels and eat healthier - even when we go out to eat. They've also found his desire to work out and push himself. I lost 40 lbs working with Physix, LLC. I knew how to diet, I knew how to exercise but I had lost my motivation and I needed someone to hold me accountable. I thought I would join for a month or two in order to get going but found the experience so great that I chose to keep going...for over a year now. At Physix I have made goals and achieved them, made friends and now I run. I was never a runner before Physix. It is great to have fitness goals such as running races verses the goal of getting in shape.
