Joined at the start of my NHS career and I have enjoyed my time in this gym. I was searching for a big gym with less people in it so I can workout anytime I want and I’m grateful to walk past this gym. Everyone goes to anytime and gym group but this is a very local gym run by a family. The owners are very delightful and enjoys a chat every now and then. Great family run gym that doesn’t break the bank with lovely owners. It’s open 24 hours a day 7 days a week even over the Christmas holidays

I am so glad I joined this gym. Although I was originally apprehensive I had a look round and immediately felt welcome and at home. Gemma and Sean provide a safe and welcoming environment, and in 3 weeks I have already met some amazing people/friends. Sean's personal training sessions are amazing. Everyone cheering each other on and each one of us on a life changing journey. This is the best gym with the best people. So supportive and encouraging wherever you are starting from 💕

Been training here for nearly 1 year now and I love how friendly and accommodating everyone are here. Gemma and Sean are so lovely and give such encouraging advice. The PT sessions with Sean are really good and he really helps push you to achive the outcome you are after. So nice to see a lot of women joining lately so there's a nice mix.
