If there was a 0 stars I would do it. My husband was a member of this gym for **16 years** and **never once paid late**. The month of December, his card expired without him realizing it. Instead of showing any good faith toward a long-term member, the gym chose to handle this in a way that feels unethical. They added a late fee on top of a so-called “maintenance fee despite the fact that nothing is ever reinvested into the gym.
