Love the atmosphere, all the women here are friendly and helpful and so much fun to be around. We all feel like a family here, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you feel comfortable All the trainers listen and help you with all your needs. A special thank you to Lisa, Samantha, Jina and all the other beautiful trainers at Physique fitness for making this gym a safe and enjoyable place to work out in.
Love the instructors and gym staff. The classes are high energy and fun.
