I trained here for nearly a year and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The gym feels dark and cramped, and most of the equipment was poorly maintained during my time there (see photos). There’s no air conditioning downstairs just a large fan, which they’ve recently started switching off, leaving everyone overheating. The fan itself looks unhygienic and could really use a clean. Best gym in East Midlands area. Top-level equipment. Friendly staff. 100% would recommend it.
