EDIT: I still maintain the comments in my original review, but I did not have a great experience during an online class today and achieved no resolution with the studio manager. On 4/18/2025, I attempted to take an online class at 10:45 AM. The Zoom link did not work, and eventually failed, saying that the Meeting ID was invalid. I called the studio twice and no one answered. I received an email 7 minutes into class and a callback at 10:53 AM. The studio manager did not apologize for the failure.
