This is where you need to be, awesome facility awesome training with so many different techniques to help you and encourage you all-in-one. I enjoyed the training session and the encouragement that I received while coming here and I will be back.
Great trainer, great facility. Finally found a personal trainer that pushes and motivates me. I've been going for 4 months and definitely can see and feel the results. I never felt comfortable working out with a trainer at an open gym around other people, so the privacy of his facility is perfect for me. He also encourages me to eat healthier and shares meal tips.
