It is genuinely nice to look forward to going to the gym and getting a workout. Each visit to Physiq begins with a welcome greeting and a smile from Courtney, Ben and/or Fiona and walking out ALWAYS ends the same way. I have never felt anxious approaching any of the staff members with a comment, question or even a silly short chat. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I’ve been going to Physiq for 6 years now and the Albany staff are the best! Dane is hilarious and a great manager, the kids club ladies are always so welcoming (shoutout Karenna, Joan, and Jess), and I’m gonna miss Fiona’s bright face when she moves:(
We absolutely love Physiq Quties Kids Club! It’s such a friendly, welcoming place, and my daughter loves going there. As a stay-at-home mom, I don’t leave her with others while I go do things, so it means so much to me to have a place where I feel comfortable leaving her while I work out. Knowing she’s happy, safe, and having fun makes it so much easier for me to enjoy my workout without worrying. The staff are wonderful! They are so friendly and my daughter always has so much fun there.
I come to this gym every single day for a reason. The environment and the staff is always welcoming, if something breaks, they are on it so fast. There are things for beginners and even experienced gym goers. This is the gym to go to in Albany
