As a former gym member of physiq, some of the albany physiq employees will ridicule, mock and judge you if you're a member who tries to help out another member. I faced that from some of those workers because I chose to help out a gym member. I think the person needed to charge their phone or something. Now was that an odd request? Perhaps, maybe so, but to me, it wasnt a big deal, so I helped him with that. But regardless, did the employees need to judge, ridicule and mock me for helping to him? Absolutely not. Physiq Fitness is by far the best gym in this area! Bathrooms were spotless and clean, tons of equipment to choose from, and lots of parking. Some of the other gym’s offices don’t even open until 11AM, so I’d definitely go here if you’re from out of town and looking for a place to workout. The employees are really friendly as well, special shout out to the general manager, Dane! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best equipment in Albany. The play the most awful music of any gym I've been to. Death Rock all day for the 1% of the population that listens to it.
Favorite place to workout!
