PhysioTec is a great place to get your issues sorted. Carl is an experienced professional who can assist with all things physio and exercise related. I found the exercise app helpful and testing post excercise ranges helped me with recovery and extending myself.
Very good experience to revisit my bike fit. Was able to make incremental changes to improve comfort and power.
Just recently had a bike fit by Tyler and must say feel so much better on the bike wush I had done it long time ago so if your been thinking about a bike fit go and do it thanks again Tyler
Andrew is an amazing physio who really cares about his patients. I injured myself whilst working on a remote island and he has provided me with immense support. He told me what scans to get and when reading the scans noticed I have a high ankle sprain - which others had missed. He is a top class physio who goes above and beyond- as an international over here I’m very grateful I met him and for his excellent care. Highly recommend him.
