Carl is an amazing physio. As a dancer I really need someone who is an advanced physio who understands the movement. Carl also worked with me so I could dance throughout my pregnancy. I send all my dancer friends his way, so we can continue to dance with ease. Highly recommend
I've been to Tyler a few times now. He's very engaging and professional. Did the long physio assessment followed by bike fit. Brought a few of my road/gravel bikes back to him for further fits. Very happy with the fit results achieved with his tools/technique and practical advice/discussion on bike tweaks to maintain balance between aggresive-comfort posture and not overloading the knees, shoulders or wrists. Achieved my goals of riding (mostly) pain free. Tyler is highly recommended!
Carl Glyde is an amazing physio, treating not just myself but the rest of my family for a range of various injuries and conditions over the past few years. When needed, Carl thinks outside the box, finding different options and making sure we progress. I have full confidence in Carl and can recommend him for hips, ankles, arms and shoulders.
I had a few sessions with Carl. He had a systematic process to hypothesising and testing the problem with my back. The simple exercises he gave me helped me learn to move my back in a new way a recover from a long standing problem. Absolutely recommend him.
Tyler Cultum has been incredible with treating some injuries but doesn't leave it with treatment only. He has set me a specific targeted program so I can maintain the recovery and strengthen my body to prevent further injury. I attend a group exercise session with him each week which has been amazing. He is so clear with both advice and instruction I look forward to it every week.
