Attended a physio assessment for some persistent shoulder niggles , Karol was able to assess and advise very quickly and gave me some practical advice on how I could avoid issues in the future as well as a much needed sports massage . Excellent experience and would return for any muscular issues .

Karol is an absolute legend. I highly recommend him. I've been working with him for some time now with my ongoing knee (and other) issues. He listens, he explains physiology clearly and provides clear instructions on rehab exercises. He has really helped me gain confidence again in using my knees and in my training in general.
