I just joined this gym recently and I’m already so impressed! The staff are super welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. The space is clean, organized, and has everything you could need. A special shoutout to Kelsie, my personal trainer — she’s incredible! She really takes the time to listen, customize workouts, and push you in the best way possible. Very accommodating and friendly environment.
All the staff are very knowledgable, kind and truly care about the patients they see.
The clinic gives off a professional impression, but once you’re inside, the experience is disappointing. Appointments feel rushed, the therapists don’t explain much, and it’s hard to get any real help or follow-up. I tried giving it a chance twice, but nothing changed. This place seriously needs to improve its standards.
