Martina has helped me enormously. This is the 3rd time I have had very painful Sciatica and similar nerve pain, in my back, hips, and legs - and each time, Martina has worked on me, and given me stretching exercises and strengthening exercises - and has got me moving again and without pain. I highly recommend Martina, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Top class. Do yourself a favour, and book an appointment!

Absolutely amazing therapist. I use to go another place where she use to work and did wonders on me. I have been searching for her for ages until I discovered physio M and it was her!! Never been so happy. So friendly and always on point with her treatment. She always immediately knows the problem area and what it is which is rare.
