Martina’s a brilliant physio - a perfect balance of being easy to talk to and professional. I came to her with severe lower back pain - due to deadlifting. My back fully locked. She performed a diagnosis and began treatment quickly - with immediate results! I’m already so much better, especially after following her guidance at home.
Martina is an excellent physiotherapist and I will highly recommend her. She’s very approachable and knowledgeable. One meeting followed by tailored exercises was enough to get my foot back to full recovery. Great job and thank you!
Martina was excellent. She provided very detailed feedback on the cause of my injury and prepared a very structured plan to accelerate my recovery and rehab. We worked over several weeks to improve my strength and mobility, and she helped loosen the injured area with focused muscle massage. She also advised on mobility and stretching post my recovery to maintain muscle balance and hopefully stay injury free! Thanks very much Martina! Highly recommend.
Martina was excellent at helping me to rehab and recover from a shoulder injury. Martina has great knowledge and experience and personalised advice and exercises specifically for my injury.
