I had a great experience. My doctor gave me a requisition for an xray and ultrasound for my finger. I went directly to Physiologix with no appointment. From walking in the door as a walk-in until my xray and ultrasound were complete was only 30 minutes! I could never get that kind of turnaround with MIC. The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly and thorough.
This amazing place is like hitting the jackpot for healthcare. Extremely fast service, zero or very tiny wait times. Specialists galore. Wealth of services under one roof. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I felt like I was being high maintenance and the secretary with the red/strawberry blond hair made me feel welcome and not an issue at all. Absolute worst lower-back (sacral) area massage that I've ever had in my life. I would give zero stars if I could. Although I mentioned to Belinda 4-5 times to please spend more time on the affected area, she did not, instead massaging upper back and legs, even arms. I also asked if she could please apply more pressure, which she did not. By the end of my 90-min appointment, I was close to tears, because my lower back was just as bad as when I came in.
