I highly recommend this clinic for pain treatments. Ive visited 6 times and each time the administrative staff, support staff, and attending drs are truly fantastic. Everyone is professional, friendly, and deliver a very high level of care. Thanks for being great at your jobs guys (a special call out for Hayley who is always on the ball, friendly, and professional). I hope you know it goes a long way in helping create a positive experience for folks that are otherwise in a tough medical spot. Keep it up :)
I had an acute knee injury and was given a requisition for x rays and an ultrasound. Edmonton has walk-in x-rays but you must book your ultrasound. I called around: got 7 weeks , 6 mths and one would review req and get back to me. So when i called Physiologix I was soo happy, as I got an appointment on the same day!! Lots of free parking, clean modern building, ultra friendly and professional staff. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.
I had an ultrasound and x-ray today, had very good experience from front staff till end my ultrasound technician was Mehnaz, she explained very nicely had lots of patience, polite, Karen for x-ray did Very good job, thanks everyone I was thinking why I book with MIC, CDC or Insight and wait for weeks, I will definitely book my family and myself for Physiologix
I have never received such outstanding service here until today. The receptionist—apologies if I’ve misspelled it—Catiyana, was absolutely wonderful and got me in for an X-ray right away. And Rosana, the tech—just wow. Amazing. Thank you both for completely turning my day around!
Didn't know places like this existed. I wonder why doctors only mention MIC or Insight. 2 week wait for insight, less than 24 hrs here!
