For the first time in my life, and I have had many ultrasounds across the NHS in my life, the ultrasound operator, who was so very very unfriendly, unhelpful, and extremely abrupt in my opinion, would not tell me what they could see there and then: no time apparently to look at in in clinic - unheard of previously in my experience, which means that the image has to be studied later. They therefore could not rule out cancer which will have a terribly poor prognosis if it's the case. Still waiting. Worst ultrasound experience ... read more
