I saw Mr Kay Kim for my lower back pain and had a really great experience. He was very friendly, attentive and took the time to properly assess the issue. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Really appreciated how thorough and caring he was. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great physiotherapist.
Kay treated me for BPPV and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His kindness, understanding and experience were incredibly reassuring from the moment I arrived. Incredibly grateful to Kay for his treatment and expertise. I had a disc protrusion and disc extrusion in my lower back and had seen other physios, but was unable to find relief. Incredible work done here. I twinged my back changing a tyre back in 2017 and I literally had to use a walking stick to get around. After 3 visits I was back to brand new! Haven’t needed any assistance since and that’s testament to their effectiveness!
