Being fit and very active I was absolutely amazed at how incredible and vibrant this workout made me feel nexxt body is really the way to go. It’s unbelievable perfect for the season the athlete the new beginner absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough about this practice. I am hooked!
This workout is so unique and definitely like no other I have ever experienced. I also have never experienced the same great results from workouts than I have from Melinda at PhysioFix Next Body Fitness. It’s a fast workout, but packs a punch!
This was one of the best, most effective workouts I have ever had!!!! Not only do you work your muscles twice as hard, but it takes half the time that a regular workout does. Also, by not needing to complete as many reps, your joints are not under as much strain. Highly recommend!!!!
As an avid fitness enthusiast, I often don’t get as sore from working out in the gym compared to when I first started. I’ve been chasing that full pump until I found this place. And I got it on only 20 minutes. If you want a fast, effective and professional workout, Physio Fix is where you want to go. I worked out with Melinda today. I will definitely be coming back again!!
This is a very private gym for those who don’t like nor want the mega-gym experience. Melinda is an incredible trainer who will help you hit all of your fitness goals. My Son and I love it. Highly recommend.
