I couldn't turn my head very far to the left without neck pain. No ampunt of stretching helped. Our gym, Compound Fitness, has a relationship with Physiofit, so I decided to give Jackie a try. I want to give a shout out to Dr Meathe and her Dry Needling therapy!! I incurred a chronic back problem with excruciating pain 24 hours a day. She was able to give me immediate pain relief! With her knowledge of physical therapy, I left her office with specific stretches for my condition. I am now pain free and back to playing Golf and I can touch my toes, too! My father-law has great results too.
