Con and Elisabeth always help us with a long term solution. Whilst I feel better when I leave, I have information and tools to keep strong long term.
Physiofirst were a breathe of fresh air, I saw Con who diagnosed and rehabbed my hamstring tear. Great physio.
I’ve been seeing Elisabeth for a year now and she’s honestly the best. She’s always on time, really strong, and just has this amazing ability to find exactly where the tension is without me even saying anything. I always leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and like a new person. From day one, the team at Physio First has made me feel like family. There’s always laughter with Con and Elisabeth, it’s such a warm, welcoming vibe. I’m so grateful I found them. Can’t recommend them enough!
Dealt with con from physio first Sylvania, he went through diagnosing how my injury occurred to pin point the exact issue. He understood the problem and address the problem area I had. My back feels so much better and highly recommend seeing con if you have any pain or injuries that you have.
