Very professional freindly and informative
The care and detail of the appointment was exceptional and I felt comfortable the entire time!
Very happy with my appointment today with Anastasia, she was very welcoming and explained everything she was doing or checking for! Wasn’t sure what to expect from it but came away with more understanding of the body and exercises to help moving forward! Can’t wait for my next appointment :)
Laura was professional, helpful and really took the time to understand what was causing me discomfort. She was gentle and adjusted stretches for me, to help me with pregnancy related pain. She listened to my goals around my physical ability and has helped to create a plan for me, to get back into my fitness and reduce my pain. Definitely recommend
