So happy I found this place! This is an amazingly unique hybrid studio that is a gem! I attended a great Pilates class here that used the reformer and Tower. The level of expertise, Detail to assist you in your exercises and the beautiful space made my experience enjoyable as well as effective . There Reception desk was welcoming and very kind and informative on any questions when you arrive. This place is amazing, from the front desk to the instructors. The studio is spacious and clean. The instructors are PTs so they are always looking at your form and correcting you, which is to prevent injury. I’ve done the reformer and springboard and I find it challenging and very rewarding. I highly recommend this studio.
