I have been going to see Patricia for about two years now, and she is amazing. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, I’ve always had a great experience and highly recommend.
Super friendly staff. Quickly helped identify what parts of my injuries I would need to address. Along with some stretches/workouts to do at home
Extremely disappointing. I was a loyal customer for over two years and collected 20 stamp cards after visiting 80 times in there clinic on their loyalty card, only to be told they won’t honor it after closing the location I used to visit which I never got any notification or email. Apparently my loyalty means nothing once it’s inconvenient for them. Shutting down a location is one thing, but refusing to honor rewards customers already earned is terrible customer service. Completely unfair and very unprofessional.
I had such a great experience here! The doctors are very professional but also genuinely friendly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The front desk, Jobelle is super friendly as well! They were flexible with scheduling and very patient in answering all my questions, providing accurate and helpful details.
