I've always had issues with getting a sense of satisfaction after a session with a chiropractor, and I've seen at least 4 in my lifetime... Dr. V has left me actually feeling far better than I've EVER felt leaving a chiropractor's office, and I'm hugely looking forward to seeing him again... I'd TOTALLY recommend him to anyone that needs some help. And Jay was very (updated this typo) accommodating and helpful.. these people seem very professional, and clearly want to help. I live far away, but it's worth the 45 min drive.
Absolutely unprofessional service, I booked an appointment with them instead of a walkin. After arriving for my appointment at the exact time they gave me, I was told that they running behind schedule and If I could wait. I agreed as its not a big deal, some of their previous appointments may have taken a little longer. However, instead of a few minutes, I waited for about 30 minutes and still there was no sign of my turn coming up, I got up and left eventually !!

Very bad experience from administration like I have student insurance but they told me to pay 120$ because they didn’t confirm that before my assessment and main thing was that I filled up my form before I visited so im very disappointed and I’m not gonna visit this again
They have a great team of doctors and therapists who are committed to your comfort and well being. It’s very convenient and like a one stop shop as they have naturopathy, chiropractic and physiotherapy. I have really bad trapezius pain and within two weeks have experienced a noticeable difference. They have a lot of ways to help you get back to your best self. I genuinely look forward to my treatments.
