The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is clean.
Doctor reported I’ll was the day before appointment, but no attempt to tell me that my appointment was cancelled was made. I found out after I drove 30 minutes through the city. Literally wrote this as I left the building. And then got a phone call later in the day. Don’t say “we can’t find you in the system” to save yourself. Own up.
