I can’t recommend Simon highly enough. He’s helped me significantly with ongoing back, neck and knee pain, and has been instrumental in getting my body ready for rugby season, which is no small feat in my 30's! His attention to detail and ongoing care have made a huge difference and I always leave sessions feeling way better. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or looking to perform at their best.

Simon’s experience and skills identifying the cause then treating the strong pain in my shoulder was excellent, and such a relief. Simon’s suggestion of a X-ray and ultrasound confirmed his diagnosis. His muscle manipulation started the recovery and my ongoing exercises will seal the deal.

I first met Simon some 7 weeks ago having been referred by my Dr. I’ve been suffering with back and buttock pain for some 18 months.
