I’ve been seeing Simon for various issues over the years, and he has consistently provided effective relief no matter which body part has decided to act up. He takes the time to understand what’s going on, treats the problem thoroughly, and always sends me home with clear exercises to help maintain the progress we’ve made. His approach is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, and with a plan to keep improving.

I can’t recommend Simon highly enough. He’s helped me significantly with ongoing back, neck and knee pain, and has been instrumental in getting my body ready for rugby season, which is no small feat in my 30's! His attention to detail and ongoing care have made a huge difference and I always leave sessions feeling way better. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or looking to perform at their best.

Simon’s experience and skills identifying the cause then treating the strong pain in my shoulder was excellent, and such a relief. Simon’s suggestion of a X-ray and ultrasound confirmed his diagnosis. His muscle manipulation started the recovery and my ongoing exercises will seal the deal.
