I can’t recommend Simon highly enough. He’s helped me significantly with ongoing back, neck and knee pain, and has been instrumental in getting my body ready for rugby season, which is no small feat in my 30's! His attention to detail and ongoing care have made a huge difference and I always leave sessions feeling way better. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or looking to perform at their best.

Simon’s experience and skills identifying the cause then treating the strong pain in my shoulder was excellent, and such a relief. Simon’s suggestion of a X-ray and ultrasound confirmed his diagnosis. His muscle manipulation started the recovery and my ongoing exercises will seal the deal.

Simon is a master of dry needling!! I was suffering months of severe neck, shoulder and back pain but after 3 sessions with Simon I was feeling myself again and could go back to doing the things I love, like going to the gym and running!
