Kate Brady is amazing. My husband has taken to calling her The Wizard because of how quickly she got me off the walker to the cane & then off the cane to walking independently after hip replacement surgery. As we progressed through rehab, Kate developed specific exercises for me to strengthen my body in preparation for snowboard season. She's brilliant & a delight to work with!
Top notch physical therapy office. I started coming after I had my baby for pelvic floor physical therapy and Nicole has really helped me understand how to properly engage my core to improve my diastasis recti separation from pregnancy. Also, Nicole is extra awesome for holding my baby during my appointment! I highly recommend.
