Absolutely disgraceful experience. I came in with lower back pain and was completely ignored. The owner didn’t ask a single question about my condition—instead, he started massaging my shoulders without explanation. I tolerated it, hoping he’d eventually address the issue. He didn’t. What followed was beyond unprofessional. His phone rang at least eight times during a 30-minute session.
