I have been a customer of Physio Universelle for 2 years up to date. They have a great team, of Physio's, Masso's, Ergo's, Acupuncture, and Office agents. At the end of August, I have had a car accident and have been seeing my Physio Lucia-Isabelle Pelletier 2X per week whom is amazing!. She is compassionate, attentive, thorough, and very professional. Retard sur la remise du rapport d’évaluation et quand j’ai enfin reçu mon rapport et bien il était en anglais , j’ai donc dû téléphoner à nouveau et expliquer que je voulais mon rapport en français et non en anglais . Donc retard plus important à cause de ça , et en plus il y a pleins d’erreurs dans la traduction du rapport . Je suis vraiment déçu et j’ai changé de place pour ma physio et j’en suis très heureuse car le service de la nouvelle place est super.
