One star for reception staff. I was phoning for info & appointment; she left me hanging so long I had to phone back. She said "sorry, I was serving a customer". Well dear, I'm a customer too! So I decided to go elsewhere.
I called the Receptionist to ask her about booking in a physio for ongoing appointments and she was extremely rude and basically hung up on me. Poor service from just making a phone call. So disappointed!!!
