I hurt my spine in February and was in constant pain, It took 5 months of seeing doctors just being handed pain killers that barely helped with the pain. I went and saw Tanya and couldn't believe the immediate relief. I wont go anywhere else from now on.
Injured my hand recently requiring surgery . I went to Physio Moves today, two days after having the stitches removed. My fingers were sore and I felt stiff and had lost flexibility in my hand, wrist and shoulders. Within half an hour she had gone a long way towards fixing the above problems and even had me commencing strengthening exercises. She has a pleasant jovial manner and provides good facilities including aqua therapy for her patients.
