Have been working with Senior Physiotherapist Harry Wong at The Physio Spot – Harrington Park on my dysfunctional SI joint for a few months now. Initially weekly and now out to fortnightly. He gives me a few exercises for home and tells me what to steer clear of in the gym for now. Making really good progress. He also politely laughs at my dad jokes.
