I highly recommend n1 physio, Justin Bonifacio helped me manage my De Quervains, which I’ve had for a few years now, to a point where I’m basically pain free! I love that he sets realistic expectations, and that he explains every condition, every exercise so well, he seems really passionate about what he does. I have just had my last session and I can honestly say I will miss it haha thank you so much Justin! Words cannot express how grateful I feel for the relief of not being in pain all the time! 🥹
