I highly recommend the team at Physio Focus Caringbah. Our son broke his femur badly at the end of last year and his recovery has been so much easier and quicker with the great work of Georgia, his physio and the whole rehab team especially Jarrod, Noah and Zach. You can’t help but be caught up on the positive vibes that ooze out of this place. Every single person you cross paths with is friendly and helpful. Now I know that’s not really enough to help a patient. The level of knowledge, patience and encouragement of the staff is also outstanding. Honestly, they make a crappy situation so much better. The physio focus rehab and performance team have been incredible helping me through my acl rehab, couldn’t have asked for a better group of staff! Shoutout to Isaac for giving me 1000 ankle iso pushes and getting me back on the pitch.
