I can’t speak highly enough of physio fitness!. Tim and his fellow physiotherapists are all absolutely fantastic!.. they are highly knowledgeable and geared towards getting you back to normal function and daily activities. Physio Fitness has been my go to for many years when suffering any type of muscle trauma. This has included rehabilitation after back surgery, which comprised regular visits and a progressive strength recovery program. It was 100% successful. Assessment is always spot on, includes quality stretch and muscle recovery exercises, all of which hastens a speedy return to normal. I most highly recommend.
