AVOID!! I attended with severe back pain seeking assessment and treatment. Before the practitioner had completed any meaningful assessment, she was already recommending that I return twice a week for eight weeks. Do not go here. While Hany was very nice in all my visits, I felt I was just getting the same treatment each week with minimal advice given (I went twice a week) and it was a money grab. I had torn my hamstring and the treatment each time was same. No exercises recommended and when I questioned this I got, ok maybe try some. I was then emailed some to do without any explanation of how many, how often and what I should do so I did them properly (I questioned but got they are easy just read the email). One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had. The practitioner was dismissive, condescending and appeared to make assumptions about my intelligence and understanding of my own body based on my appearance. Rather than having a constructive discussion, I felt spoken down to throughout the appointment. Good healthcare relies on listening to patients and treating them with respect. Great experience overall. Dr Hanny, my physiotherapist is highly skilled and has been a big help in my recovery. The entire team is kind and professional, and the clinic is very clean, convenient and fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it.

Malakai is the nicest receptionist I've come across. Very helpful. Physio's are all personable and Yash has given me some good tips to help with my posture, especially while working.
