Victor provides an excellent massage. He is great at checking in on whether the pressure is enough, and makes you feel comfortable to amend it if required. He’s fun to chat with, interested and interesting. Will continue to book with him for me and my son.
I’ve been working with Garrett for multiple sessions and have had a really good experience. After a recent osteoporosis diagnosis, it’s been reassuring to work with someone who’s thoughtful about exercise selection and really pays attention to form and alignment. I feel much more confident now about how to approach my exercise going forward, and I’d definitely recommend him!
Ashley is amazing - knowledgable, patient, instructive, capable and compassionate. Her understanding of the human body and its functionality is supreme - better than any physiotherapist I've ever worked with. I highly recommend her and this team!
Karim is very knowledgeable and shares information in an approachable way. He adapts and builds a routine tailored to my needs and abilities in each session.
