Laura taught me some great stretching exercises, that have really helped with my back strain, and the other treatments helped me more than any other therapy I've tried so far!

He explained what was going on and why I was experiencing discomfort. It didn’t feel rushed and he answered all of my question. I was given a variety of therapies that targeted the areas of concern and within a few weeks I was back to running pain free.
