One of the best health decisions I have ever made was to follow up a recommendation by Physiotherapist Nick Shanahan to see Pippa. Within a few weeks my problems were solved! Her diagnosis of my issues and remedy changed my life. I continue to practise the exercises she gave me which always calm stressful situations. However commitment to getting a positive result is essential. A wonderful empathic person I will never forget.
