This program is great I started off losing about 1-2 lbs a week then I added the HCG spray and their CarbBlockers and I started to lose about 3 - 31/2 lbs per week. The staff has worked with me and my crazy schedule for my visits they also take the time to sit and talk with me about how things are going and what we can change to make it better.
