I am so grateful to the staff, especially my girl Angela. I've learned alot about losing weight, not just pounds lose. I've learned about making sure to get my proteins in. The staff hear me and address the issues for that week. The weight is coming off and I'm adjusting to a new and approved me and i love it. I have no regrets, just wished I started sooner.
