This clinic has been a disappointing experience. We paid every co-pay, as well as out of pocket expenses for the 'cosmetic' portion of the procedure. We were harassed with collection notifications for almost a year, no explanation as to why since we paid every visit. We finally just paid the additional fees - but it left a bad taste how this was handled. Also, the results had the opposite effect, and I have more scarring and vein issues now than before I came in.
