My daughter had a misleading experience your office years ago but it all started with your “short” way of handling her situation. We will never set foot in this place again. We have not read all the reviews, money making pushy procedures but yet you sure can’t stand when the patient reads for themselves. We don’t read on TikTok or Facebook either as it seems the arrogance of the staff wants to presume that.
I was referred to get a diagnostic mammogram and breast ultrasound. I asked them to send a referral to two local hospitals and it was never sent to one. After the breast ultrasound was done, I needed another referral and after leaving a message I didn't hear back for a week and had to follow up to get the referral. When it comes to important, time sensitive diagnostic screenings for cancer I found Physicians to Women to be unresponsive (and had to follow up multiple times for a response). I see Dr. Buck and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. This review is about the mammography technicians at Physicians to Women. If you’re able to, please request a different facility. I politely asked the technician (Tony) if the radiologist could be called to confirm we could proceed with an ultrasound if I decline a mammogram, and Tony responded by raising her voice and saying, “Yes,” in an angry, intimidating tone and asked me to leave the room.
