I had called to cancel an ultrasound appointment (not good news) for some background info when I had called to schedule my ultrasound we had to cancel my yearly. When I called to cancel this ultrasound I let them know the situation and told them I needed to reschedule my yearly, no sympathy or anything was told “well we don’t have any appointments available for you until September”… this was in May. Which is fine I totally understand being booked out but when I tell you I have to cancel my ultrasound for obvious heartbreakin... read more

Dr. Quinn was wonderful to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and ease my worries. She is also very responsive with the provider portal. Thoroughly enjoy having her as my provider. I also had a great experience with the front desk staff. Simple, efficient and too the point.

I had my first ever sonogram scheduled at 10:45 and I was very excited. I waited weeks for this appt. I got multiple texts day of to show up at 10:45. I showed up at 10:20 and they told me I missed my appt (now it’s suddenly at 10) and that I’d have to completely reschedule. Apparently my sonogram was at ten and seeing the doctor was at 10:45. Nobody explained that to me, so now I have to wait more weeks to hear my baby’s heart beat.

This place was great. I was a new patient today, the front desk staff was welcoming. The waiting time at the waiting room was not long and my physician Brittany Kane made me feel comfortable getting my first ever Pap smear which I was really nervous about and was feeling vulnerable. But she did it in a way that felt natural and not scary. Can’t wait to go back once I am expecting!!

The receptionists are always rude- please have a training on customer service! There are so many reasons on why women are being seen here as a patient and some appointments are heartbreaking, so the last thing someone needs is a rude receptionist that acts like they hate their job. The nurses are just as bad. Are you overworking them? They also seem to hate t... read more
