Horrible on all levels. I should have believed the other reviews.
Disgusting facility. They dont use gloves and don’t wash their hands after a pap smear.
Dr. Curtis has been wonderful each time I've seen her. She really makes you feel cared for as a person. Her nurse today was also excellent, and seems to really care about her job and the patients she's interacting with. Wait times at this office can extend well past the scheduled appointment time, but I plan my day accordingly with that in mind. I don't mind the extra waiting when I have such a great doctor.
If you have an appointment, show up 30 minutes late so you don't have to wait a full hour. The children side is just as bad if not worse. Mgmt is awful!!!!
The office staff is very hit or miss at this location. It just seems like they may need more help with the volume of people they see. Monet Brown was a savior when dealing with my medical records, I appreciate you! The ultrasound tech and Physician I delt with were also great!
