Ms. I was really unhappy when I went back for my second child. I felt that the midwifes were cold and very business like. The doctors in the group are excellent, but the office staff seems like they do not like their job and I felt as though I was just another person. When being seen for pregnancy, I really wanted to be seen by a group where everyone was warm and welcoming, not just the physicians.
