These doctors and receptionist are awful at their jobs. They have thrown my daughter through so many loops and caused so much confusion. They fired her 4 month old son from being seen there due to not getting a vaccine (please note it was NOT a mandatory vaccine in the state of kentucky). Now, my daughter went there 29 days ago to get her son’s medical records released to an actual doctor who cares about their patients, and they STILL haven’t sent them.
