While "pleasant" they blame a lot on the patient and treat you as any number. Front desk is very rude/accusatory and not very bright. I highly recommend looking for another office if your insurance is in network somewhere else.
They helped me diagnose a TMJ issue about 6 weeks ago. I did not have insurance and the women in the front office did a lot to work with me to try to make it more affordable since I was self paying. I did not go back because I solved my TMJ problem but I appreciate the help they gave me. It felt like they actually cared :)
Would not recommend this place. The room was not clean. (Even through this pandemic) The Dr did not resolve my issue with my ear even after stating I can still feel an issue with it.
