they screwed blood work three times now like last reviue time to go
The lab lost my samples even though I placed a copy of the lab order inside and outside the bag. They somehow logged the samples in under my wife's name, but still never processed the samples. Then they proceeded to tell me that this mistake was due to the fact they have no system for tying the samples to the paper work and that they are very disorganized. I knew it was time to leave at that point.
