ER on 9/2/2025 being treated by head nurse Maria Cynthia T. She was SO good and caring and thorough !
Staff was attentive facility clean. There was a problem with obtaining my MRI results. We waited five hours and the tending nurse had to call several times to get the results. Since there were two tasks given at the same time why was only one result sent back. Causing us to have to sit and wait for no reason except incompetency.. There was no reason for us to have to be there for 5 1/2 hours. I understand your test results facility is now off premise, but this is clearly not efficient.
They did not allow my family member to join me in pre-op after I was prepped.
They gave me immediate attention!!! I am very thankful for that action
